Pain is the proof that…

Jesus is who he said he is.

Jesus knew he was going ti suffer and predicted it.

He said he could stop it but didn’t.

That means his love for his Father, and commitment to saving us was beyond what anyone of us would do to even change our lives, and not only that save and love the very people putting God in the cross in the first place.

You want to God to stop suffering? If he’s real then he would?

Well God goes one step further and sacrifices his own blood and voluntarily suffers at a proportion the human mind cannot comprehend. He gives more to save you than you could ever give to save yourself.

We can’t even stay in a stretch for two minutes or stop eating garbage for our own good and well being, because it’s too uncomfortable or hard or inconvenient…smh.

You want to know how I know the gospel is real, try having someone voluntarily tear your back off with a whip to save others and see if you won’t stop it…..

Every one of is will hit the stop button, its too much we say, too hard, too uncomfortable, too brutal, too painful…. We just aren’t willing… not only to do good things, but not willing to suffer injustice, murder, misunderstanding, betrayal, and voluntarily. Not only that but with love and grace at the center.

Jesus was a real man!
Jesus lived a real life!
Jesus died real death!
Jesus died for the real you!

And if you really give him your life he will love and change it forever!

If Jesus didn’t choose His suffering, we don’t have an actual sacrifice, we have a martyr.

If Jesus didn’t choose his suffering, we don’t have salvation, we have a moral example.

If Jesus didn’t choose his suffering, we don’t have salvation we don’t have a King of Kings, we have a good man.

Suffering in this realm is 60 sec trailer compared to the suffering found in eternal separation from God.

Only innocent perfect people get into heaven.

Being a “good person” is the fastest way to hell.

Since none of us are perfect, we need someone who is perfect to grant us access now and into eternity.

Heaven is the ultimate VIP club, and having a relationship with the owner is the only way any of us get in.

If you think being a good person is the meaning of life, then the standard is living a perfect life then ALLOWING yourself to being unjustly convicted and murdered on a cross to save your worst enemies from their suffering.

None of us are living up to our own standards, let alone Gods.

To enter the Kingdom of Heaven you must become children of the Most High God through the sacrificial life of Jesus.

The greatest problems in our life are not how much money we make, our experiences, where we go to school, who we vote for, how much I can bench and dead lift, how much is in my 401(k).

Our greatest problem in life is death will rip it from us all.
And what will happen after that?

Isn’t that what all the anxiety worry and striving is about and everyone’s life?

We want good things to happen and not bad things.

There’s only one man historically documented that rose the dead.

Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the ultimate meaning of this life in the next, it is the only redemptive answer and meaning to suffering in this life.

Without Jesus and his resurrection, this life is meaningless, and suffering is the ultimate unredeemable truth of the universe that rules us all.

If Jesus suffering and resurrection is true , then we have ultimate hope and victory over suffering and death.

“What about you, who do YOU say that I am”

There is only one way to immortality and eternal health and wellbeing.

That is to put your Faith in Jesus Christ and follow
Him.

Not

Not 10,000 different biohacking and neurological regulation techniques.

Not gurus, fads, and influencers.

Jesus!

If you doubt that, and say nuh uhn, your doubt is built on a faith. Your meaning in life, your morality, your identity, and the never ending accusation that you can have peace and fulfillment whenever you accomplish and achieve whatever XYZ thing in your life is ALL built on faith.

So your faith is in something, and that faith is built on what you believe about the meaning of your life and death.

Either way you have to live by faith everyday of your life.

Both faiths lead to the grave, but only one leads to eternal life!

Isn’t that what all the health striving is about. To avoid pain and death and live forever?

Your life isn’t sustained by health, your life is sustained by God.

Your religious acts of health are simply an opportunity to participate in the divine, grow in discipline and self control by mastering your flesh, and caring for the thing closest to Gods heart.

YOU!🥰

By all means do health and honor God with the temple that is your body in every way. (2 Cor 7:1) Bring reverence to him through health conscience living that brings life to you and others. But don’t put your faith in it. Death is coming. Only Jesus can save you.

Session Sneak Peek!🔥 Neck & Pushup

In this session sneak peek we are tying in some neck specific work to re organize his internal perception of where his head is during the pushup.

Assessment has revealed
❌ Segmental buckling in cervical spine
❌ Poor Scapular control and Positioning

This results in poor control of the upper back/neck and loss of scapular positioning in the pushup which was feeding the neck issue.

This excessive interference was likely the culprit of the downstream neurological tension he was developing. And being that I left him in good shape from our previous session. My thoughts were, what is he doing on a daily basis that could be contributing?

This particular client is very strong in the upper body does lots of push-ups, and if he’s doing a lot of push-ups without creating good abduction through the scapula, his upper back and neck kinda get caught in a trough, ESPECIALLY ON THE DOWN PHASE! So we started with this neck drill that has been augmented from a previous neck input to enhance good cervical alignment and nuchal ligament tension. Next we tied it specifically to his push-up. The problem being when people do push-ups, the problem isn’t pushing up, It’s actually the down phase (because the down phase doesn’t exist in developmental sequencing) the brain only cares about getting up, not going up and down repeatedly. The pushup from an exercise standpoint is extremely unnatural. So we are rewiring how he organizes his shoulder blades and positioning his upper back and neck in a place where his push push-up can happen without an insult to the spine.

Hey Tina trainer gal, you’re not doing what you think you’re doing.

All you are doing on that bosu ball/airsoft pad is teaching your body how to not control forces in different positions.

1. Thats not how the 3 main parts of your balance work.
- Visual system
- Vestibular system
- Peripheral system and biology.

2. Thats not how your biology learns to manage forces better.

You lose your balance when the forces you are trying to manage are greater than what you can control in the position you are in.

Putting people on stupid pieces of exercise equipment and encouraging them to not fall down is not the same as improving their balance.

If you are a coach that is doing this. You are stealing your clients money, and wasting your clients time.

Improving a person’s spinal mobility will do a 1000x more for their balance than any bosu ball could ever hope to on the greatest of fit influencer instagram accounts.

Worse yet, if you’re having someone do jumping onto the bosu you’re more likely to injure your client than anything.

If you want to improve a person’s balance, train their ankles and improve their tissue quality and ROM. Heck chase them with a chainsaw. Anything other than a do dumb exercises on a bosu ball.

Rant over.

Joint mobility training is a highly specific and detailed way of mastering and controlling your body.

Mobility training isn’t just about getting more “bendy”. It’s about learning how to control every tissue and joint and range of motion you need to access for all the things you love to do, have to do, and need to do.

Mobility training is the most functional training you can do for your body because it’s the one thing that you need to do everything with your body.

If you’re not engaged in some form or aspect of joint mobility training on a weekly basis, at least a couple to a few times a week you need to start.

Joint Mobility training is one of those things in life that you say “I wish I would’ve started sooner”and “Why didn’t anybody tell me about this?”

Don’t wait until surgery becomes your only option, because you will spend a lot of time slowly losing wonderful things in your life before the surgeon will touch you.
