I’m just over here holding plank until things go back to normal. Just kidding…I only lasted a minute.

On a sweet thought, I’m beyond GRATEFUL for my private studio in downtown, Spokane! My sanity and my clients’ sanity have benefited from this space! I’m so happy there is becoming more & more awareness for the connection between workouts and mental health.
TRUTH:
WORKOUTS are GREEAAT for sanity and feeling mentally capable for huge challenges. AAAND having someone for you THROUGH IT ALL has never been more needed.
