💚 June is PTSD Awareness Month 💚

At Align Integrated Care and ACTS, we recognize that healing from trauma is a journey, and no one should have to walk that path alone.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can affect individuals after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. While PTSD is often associated with military service, it can also impact survivors of accidents, medical emergencies, abuse, natural disasters, violence, and other life-changing experiences.

This month, we encourage open conversations about trauma, mental health, and recovery. By increasing awareness and understanding, we can help reduce stigma and create supportive communities where individuals feel safe seeking help.

🌱 Recovery is possible, and support is available.

• MentalHealth.gov: https://www.mentalhealth.gov
• World Health Organization – Mental Health: https://www.who.int/health-topics/mental-health

If you or someone you know is struggling, reaching out for support can be an important first step toward healing.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day 2026 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day, Align Integrated Care and ACTS pause to honor the courageous service members who gave their lives in dedication to our country.

Today is more than a holiday—it is a moment of remembrance for the sacrifices made by heroes whose bravery and commitment continue to inspire generations. We also extend our deepest gratitude to the military families and loved ones who carry their legacy forward each day.

As we gather with family and community, may we take time to reflect on the values of service, unity, compassion, and resilience that they fought to protect.

❤️ In memory of the fallen, and in gratitude for their sacrifice, we remember and honor you today and always.

🌸 Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week | May 4–10, 2026

At Align Integrated Care and ACTS, we recognize that mental health during pregnancy and the postpartum period is just as important as physical health.

This week is dedicated to raising awareness about the emotional challenges many mothers and birthing individuals face—such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and other perinatal mental health conditions. These experiences are more common than many realize, and support can make all the difference.

💬 Let’s continue to create space for open conversations, reduce stigma, and ensure that no one feels alone during this important stage of life.

🤝 If you know someone who may be struggling, a simple check-in can be powerful. Encouraging them to seek support can be a meaningful first step toward healing.

🍻Alcohol Awareness Month 2026

This April, ALIGN and ACTS stand together in recognizing Alcohol Awareness Month—a time to bring attention to how alcohol use can affect not just physical health, but also mental and emotional well-being.

For many, alcohol is part of social life. But when it begins to impact mood, relationships, sleep, or daily functioning, it may be time to take a closer look. Awareness is not about judgment—it’s about understanding, support, and making informed choices.

At ALIGN and ACTS, we believe that mental wellness includes honest conversations about substance use and access to compassionate care when it’s needed most.

💬 Let’s normalize support:
It’s okay to reassess your habits
It’s okay to ask for help
It’s okay to choose a healthier path

💡 Simple ways to support your well-being:
✔ Set boundaries with alcohol
✔ Explore healthier coping strategies
✔ Stay connected with supportive people
✔ Seek guidance from a trusted professional

🌱Healing starts with awareness—and no one has to go through it alone. ALIGN and ACTS are here to support healthier choices, stronger minds, and resilient communities.

🌍 World Health Day – April 7, 2026

Health is more than what we see—it’s how we feel, think, and cope each day. This World Health Day, we are reminded that mental health is a vital part of overall well-being, not a separate conversation.

At ALIGN & ACTS, we recognize that caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. Stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges are real—and support is available. Taking the first step toward mental wellness can be as simple as checking in with yourself, setting boundaries, or reaching out for help.

Let today be a reminder:
✔ Your mental health matters
✔ Seeking support is a sign of strength
✔ Small steps can lead to meaningful change

Together, we can build healthier communities by prioritizing both physical and mental well-being—every day, not just today.

✨ What you can do today:

💙Practice patience and empathy
💙Learn more about autism and neurodiversity
💙Support inclusive environments at home, work, and in your community
💙Celebrate differences—they make us stronger
