💛 WORLD SU***DE PREVENTION DAY | SEPTEMBER 10 💛

Start the conversation. Sometimes, one conversation can be the beginning of hope.

Today, we pause to remember those we have lost, support those who are struggling, and remind one another that no one should have to carry overwhelming pain alone.

Su***de prevention begins with connection. It can look like:

💛 Asking someone how they are—and truly listening.
💛 Creating space for honest conversations without judgment.
💛 Taking changes in someone’s behavior seriously.
💛 Encouraging professional support when it’s needed.
💛 Reminding someone that their life has value, even when they may not feel it.

You don't need the perfect words. You just need to be willing to listen.

If you are struggling, reaching out is not a burden. Asking for help is an act of courage.

Let’s make room for the conversations that could save a life.
Let’s choose compassion. Let’s choose connection. Let’s choose hope. 🌿

🇺🇸 HAPPY LABOR DAY! 🇺🇸

Today, we recognize and appreciate the dedication, effort, and contributions of every person who helps make a difference through their work.

Labor Day is a reminder that meaningful work is more than what we do—it’s the care, commitment, and purpose we bring to others each day. 💚

To our dedicated team, colleagues, caregivers, and community members: "Thank you for the work you do, the lives you touch, and the difference you make."

Today, we hope you take a moment to **rest, recharge, and celebrate your accomplishments.** You deserve it!

Wishing everyone a safe, peaceful, and meaningful Labor Day!🌿

🌿 HELLO, SEPTEMBER! 🌿

A new month brings a new opportunity to pause, reset, and remind ourselves that **healing is a journey—not a destination.** 💚

As we welcome September, we’re embracing a month centered around **hope, recovery, connection, and mental health awareness.**

✨ Let this be the month you:
• Give yourself permission to slow down
• Reach out when you need support
• Check in on someone you care about
• Celebrate your progress—even the small steps
• Remember that asking for help is a sign of strength

💚 Every conversation matters. Every person matters. Every story matters.

September also reminds us of the importance of **su***de prevention and recovery awareness.** If you or someone you know is struggling, please don't face it alone. Starting the conversation can be the first step toward hope.

This September, choose compassion. Choose connection. Choose hope.

🌱 New month. New opportunities. Same commitment to helping individuals move toward healing, wellness, and recovery.

💜International Overdose Awareness Day💜

25 Years On. Still Needed.

Today, we remember the lives lost to overdose, stand with families and loved ones affected by loss, and recognize the individuals who continue to fight for recovery.

Overdose is not a moral failure. Substance use disorders are treatable, and recovery is possible.

Today is a reminder to:

💜 Reduce the stigma surrounding addiction and recovery
💜 Talk openly about substance use and mental health
💜 Encourage individuals to seek support without shame
💜 Support families and communities impacted by overdose
💜 Remember that asking for help can be the first step toward healing

Behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a story that matters.

If you or someone you love is struggling, you are not alone. Help, hope, and recovery are possible.

Let’s continue the conversation, support one another, and work toward a future where fewer lives are lost to overdose.

🌟 Today is International Youth Day 🌟

“Your Voice Matters. Your Future Matters. You Matter.” 💙

Young people are navigating a world filled with opportunities, expectations, challenges, and change. Behind the smiles, achievements, and busy schedules, there may also be stress, uncertainty, loneliness, or struggles that aren't always visible.

Today, we’re reminded to do more than simply ask young people, “How are you?” — let’s create spaces where they feel safe enough to answer honestly.

💬 Listen without judgment.
🫶 Validate their feelings.
🌱 Encourage healthy coping and self-care.
💙 Remind them that asking for help is a strength.
✨ Give them permission to grow at their own pace.

Mental wellness isn't something young people should have to figure out alone. When we listen, support, and invest in their well-being, we help create a healthier and more hopeful future.

To every young person finding their way: You don't have to have everything figured out. Your story is still being written—and your voice deserves to be heard. 💙
