πͺπ CHAIR YOGA on THURSDAYS at 9AM is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Yoga poses are adapted so that you still build strength and flexibility. It is especially beneficial to those who have bad knee or back trouble or find it challenging to get up and down from the floor.
