Standing here at doTERRA corporate, taking it all in, I keep coming back to one word…

Validation

When I earned my Holistic Health Coach certification and started The Apotho’Corrie. I made myself a promise. If I was going to recommend something to families, it had to align with my values!

I wasn’t looking for the trendiest company or the biggest paycheck!

I was looking for tools that were affordable, family-friendly, plant-based, clean, backed by science, and simple enough that anyone could begin using them in their everyday lives!

So I searched, tried different products and
I searched again!

I compared companies and read research, I asked questions. I wanted to know where products came from, how they were tested, and whether they were something I could confidently use with my own family before ever recommending them to someone else’s.

Little by little, doTERRA kept checking every box.

Walking through their headquarters and research facilities, I get to see everything I’ve been learning brought to life.

The sourcing
The research
The clinical studies
The quality testing
The chemistry
The microbiology

Even down to the amber glass bottles, hand-blown in the Czech Republic, chosen to help protect the integrity of every drop inside.

As a Nurse, I don’t simply accept claims at face value. I want to understand the process. I want to know the “why.” I want to see the evidence behind what I’m putting into my home and what I’m sharing with others.

Seeing what I already believed be validated with my own eyes means far more than simply hearing someone talk about it.

But what impacts me most isn’t the laboratory.

It’s the people

This company understands that products can change lives, but people change communities.

They invest in leadership because they believe education spreads through relationships, not algorithms. They believe in empowering ordinary people to create healthier homes, stronger families, and opportunities for financial freedom.

That resonates deeply with me because it’s exactly why I created The Apotho’Corrie.

Health isn’t built overnight
Neither is a business

Both require commitment, consistency, humility, and grit.

We all get to choose our hard!

I’m choosing the hard that creates long-term health, long-term relationships, and long-term impact.

I’m left Utah with more than pictures.

I’m left with even greater confidence that education, science, natural intelligence, and genuine human connection can exist together.

And that’s exactly what I want to continue bringing back home to my community.

💗✨🌿 If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect, share more, and support you on your own journey toward a healthier, more empowered life.

There is something incredibly healing about women gathering together.

A couple of weeks ago at Nickel Plate Beach, I had the privilege of attending a beautiful women’s empowerment gathering hosted by Mama’s Macramé.

One by one, we shared pieces of our stories, our passions, and how God has divinely led each of us down the path we’re walking today. Every journey looked different, but every story carried courage, resilience, and purpose.

We talked, we laughed, added feathers to our hair, chose temporary tattoos that spoke to our hearts, watched the sunset over the trees. The back drop showcase Missy’s talents and the photographer Michelle was amazing l, funny and so engaging!!

The greatest gift, though was the connection.

As an integrative nurse, I spend so much of my time teaching about nervous system regulation, lifestyle medicine, and the importance of caring for our bodies. This night reminded me that one of the most powerful forms of healing is found in safe community.

It’s found when women feel seen.
When we feel heard.
When we laugh freely.
When we encourage one another instead of competing.
When we remember they were never meant to do life alone.

I left with a full heart, new friendships, and a renewed sense of purpose.

I’ll be returning for the next gathering on June 28th at Nickel Plate Beach, and I can’t wait to experience that beautiful connection again.

If you’ve been longing for authentic community, meaningful conversations, and an evening that fills your soul instead of draining it, I hope you’ll join us.

Thank you, Mama’s Macramé, for creating a space where women can simply show up as they are.

🍓🫐 One of my favorite parts of summer is walking out to my little berry patch.

We don’t have a huge homestead… under a 1/4 acres and just a small patch of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. But every year it reminds me that you don’t need a lot of space to grow some of the most nutrient-dense foods nature has to offer.

Today’s harvest was raspberries. ❤️

Did you know raspberries are perennials? Plant them once, give them sunshine, compost, mulch, and a little yearly pruning, and they’ll reward you with fresh berries for years to come.

They’re also one of my favorite fruits because they’re
🍓 High in fiber
🍓 Naturally low on the glycemic index
🍓 Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants
🍓 A delicious way to add more whole foods to your plate

One of the biggest reasons I love growing my own is knowing exactly how they were grown. Commercial berries are delicate crops and may require multiple pesticide (neurotoxins) applications throughout the growing season. Growing my own gives me peace of mind and a deeper appreciation for the food that nourishes my family.

As an integrative nurse, I look at health through the lens of terrain. To me, terrain is the internal environment that influences how well our bodies function. Things like nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, stress, our environment, and the quality and source of the food we eat. Every healthy choice is an opportunity to support that terrain and work with our body’s incredible innate intelligence.

Sometimes, wellness starts with something as simple as planting a berry bush. Do you have a sunny space in your yard for some berries? 💗✨🌿

Hi, I’m Corrie. 💗🌿

If you’re new here, welcome!

I’m so grateful you’re here!

Thought I would reintroduce myself!

I’m a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of experience in acute care, critical care and hospice. Throughout my nursing career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for people during some of the hardest moments of their lives.

What I kept noticing was this…

Many people were surviving….but they weren’t truly healing.

They left the hospital with medications, diagnoses, and more questions than answers, often wondering, “Is this just how life has to be now?”

That question changed the direction of my career.

Today, through The Apotho’Corrie Integrative Holistic Wellness Studio, my mission is to help people understand why their body may be struggling and to empower them with practical, evidence-informed lifestyle strategies that support healing from the inside out.

My passion is helping people understand the connections between…
✨ The nervous system
✨ Nutrition
✨ Movement
✨ Sleep
✨ Stress
✨ Fascia
✨ Natural Intelligence
✨ And the body’s incredible ability to restore balance when given the right support.

I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach to health.

I believe education is empowering!

I believe our bodies are constantly communicating with us..some call these symptoms…they are messages

And I believe healing happens best when we learn to work with our bodies instead of against them.

When I’m not working as an RN or seeing clients, you’ll usually find me…
🌱 In my garden
🐓 Taking care of my chickens
🫖 Creating herbal teas, tinctures or EO blends
📚 Learning something new
🤍 Spending time with family
🖤 Riding a Motorcycle with my husband
🌿 Or sitting on the patio enjoying the birds

Whether you’re here because you’re curious about essential oils, craniosacral therapy, nervous system regulation, holistic wellness, or you’re simply looking for a different perspective on health…

I’m so glad you’re here.

I’d love to get to know you, too!

💗 Tell me…
Where are you joining me from? What inspires you about health and wellness in this world we live in?

Welcome to our little wellness community!
