This Nurses Week feels extra special to me because it also marks 4 years of Nurse Jess Injects here in Sandwich, MA. 🤍
Looking back at these photos reminds me just how much this journey required behind the scenes… long nights studying, clinical rotations, working bedside, ICU shifts, sacrifices, motherhood, self doubt, growth, resilience, and continuing my education while raising a family and building a dream from the ground up.
I started in healthcare as a CNA at 18 years old, became an LPN, then an RN, eventually working in the frontlines before finding my passion in aesthetic medicine. Every badge, every shift, every patient, and every chapter helped shape the woman and nurse I am today.
As a Latina woman, becoming a nurse and business owner wasn’t always easy. There were moments I felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure of myself — but I kept going. I wanted to create a life that made my children proud while helping others feel confident, cared for, and empowered.
4 years later, Nurse Jess Injects has grown into much more than I ever imagined. What started as a dream became a business, a community, and a space where women can feel beautiful, safe, and supported.
To my family, my patients, my mentors, my supporters, and every single person who believed in me along the way — thank you. 🤍
And to all nurses, healthcare workers, nursing students, CNA’s, LPN’s, and RN’s… Happy Nurses Week. Your work matters more than you know.
With love, Nurse Jess ✨
