We are dedicated to providing specialized review services for customers of the health care industry in the state of Kentucky. Our reviews of your loved ones within a healthcare facility will help us to determine the quality of care your loved one is receiving. We specialize in long term care facilities, but
reviews in other areas of health care may be available upon request. Care Command, PLLC™ is currently made up of 3 professional Consumer Care Nurse Advisors™ with a combined total of over 60 years of experience in health care services. We have a great understanding of long term care standards of care and are quick to identify adherences to, and/or deviations from, these standards. We also have a comprehensive understanding of the survey process and can readily identify adherences to, and/or deviations from, state and federal rules and regulations. We will complete a professional and objective review of medical records and will correlate that review with observation of your loved one in the facility. We will then provide meaningful, easy to understand, feedback and recommendations. We are committed to quality, and want to work with you, and the facility, to identify and correct issues before deviations result in a poor outcome for your loved one.
