If the return to homework, quizzes, and sitting still for six hours a day is already causing friction at your house, you're not alone.
Neurofeedback and brain mapping give us a real, measurable picture of how your child's (or your own) brain is functioning — and offer a drug-free way to train the brain toward better focus, calmer emotional regulation, and improved sleep. It's not a quick fix, but for many families it becomes a meaningful part of the back-to-school toolkit.
✔️ Objective brain mapping — see what's actually going on ✔️ Supports focus, attention, and emotional regulation ✔️ Drug-free, non-invasive approach ✔️ Can support both kids and adults
Curious if neurofeedback could help your family this school year? Let's talk.

Back-to-school isn't just a logistics shift — it's an emotional one. New teachers, new social dynamics, new grade-level pressure, and for a lot of parents, quiet anxiety about how it's all going to go.
Our counseling team offers a supportive space to work through transition anxiety, back-to-school jitters, and the bigger stuff underneath it — for kids, teens, and adults alike.
✔️ Support for transition-related anxiety ✔️ A space to process, not just power through ✔️ Works well alongside acupuncture and other integrative care ✔️ For kids, teens, and parents
If this season is bringing up more than logistics, we're here.

Back-to-school season tends to run through the parents first: schedules, forms, supply lists, first-week nerves — often before your own morning coffee is even finished.
Infrared sauna therapy is a simple way to build in real recovery time. It supports circulation, muscle recovery, detoxification, and relaxation — basically a reset button for a nervous system that's been in "go" mode since July.
✔️ Deep relaxation and stress relief ✔️ Supports circulation and muscle recovery ✔️ Gentle detoxification support ✔️ 20–30 minutes to yourself
You can't run on empty all semester. Carve out the time now.

Summer often means looser routines — later bedtimes, more time in the car, less structured movement. As everyone heads back into a school-year rhythm, it's a great time to rebuild your own.
Core Embodiment Pilates isn't just about strength — it's about reconnecting with your body, improving posture (hello, carpool line and desk work), and building a sustainable movement habit that can anchor you through a busy season.
✔️ Improves core strength and posture ✔️ Mind-body connection, not just reps ✔️ A grounding routine as life speeds back up ✔️ Great complement to acupuncture and herbal care
Give yourself one non-negotiable hour a week this fall.

Notice more headaches creeping in this time of year? You're not imagining it. Disrupted sleep, schedule shifts, screen time upticks, and stress are all common migraine and tension-headache triggers — and back-to-school season delivers all four at once.
Acupuncture is a well-supported, natural option for reducing both the frequency and intensity of headaches and migraines, without adding another medication to the mix.
✔️ Natural relief for tension headaches & migraines ✔️ Addresses root triggers, not just symptoms ✔️ Especially helpful during high-stress transitions ✔️ Personalized treatment plans
If August has already brought your headaches back, let's get ahead of it before the school year picks up speed.

Nothing says "back to school" quite like the first cold making its way through the classroom by week 2. 🤧
Chinese herbal medicine has been used for centuries to support immune resilience, not just to fight off illness once it hits, but to help the body build a stronger foundation before it does. Custom herbal formulas can be tailored to your (or your child's) specific constitution, whether that means shoring up defenses, supporting digestion, or calming a system that's already run down from a busy summer.
✔️ Personalized formulas, not one-size-fits-all ✔️ Supports immune resilience ✔️ Works alongside conventional care ✔️ Can be adjusted as the season shifts
Ask us about herbal support to help your whole family stay ahead of cold and flu season.

Back-to-school season doesn't just disrupt the kids' schedules — it disrupts yours too. Earlier alarms, new drop-off routines, after-school activities stacking up... it's a lot for your nervous system to absorb all at once.

Acupuncture is one of the most effective tools we have for calming an overstimulated nervous system. It can help regulate cortisol, ease tension headaches, and support better sleep — so you're not running on fumes by week two.

✔️ Reduces stress and anxiety
✔️ Supports healthy sleep
✔️ Eases tension headaches
✔️ Non-invasive, no medication needed

If the back-to-school chaos has you feeling frazzled, this is your sign to book a session for yourself.
