Lisa is a certified yoga teacher, teaching private and group yoga classes at Dance Stop Studios in Marietta, GA. Lisa took her first yoga class in 1994 and has been hooked ever since, developing her own yoga class format with challenging vinyasa flows and fun music that produce results. Besides the physical benefits of yoga, Lisa is passionate about the mental and emotional strength yoga brings an

d seeks to share that by empowering each student. The practice tones muscles, strengthens the core, increases flexibility, wards off injury, enhances strength, and gives tools to manage the daily stresses of life.

I’m beyond blessed to be a part of this 52-year-old business. The owners are taking a well deserved retirement!

Yogabylisa found a true home here for almost 20 years❤️. The owners and staff have made a difference in countless lives- mine included, and I know you sweet yogis have felt it!

We will be moving to Dance it Off in Sandy Springs. Classes will be Tuesdays at 1pm and Fridays at 9:30am (please note the change in class time).
Everything in the way I do business will remain the same. You do not need to sign up ahead of time, just show up - no stress and no interruption in schedule.
