𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚?
It certainly helps to have someone living with you who can throw down like chef Ramsey, but you don't need to have any cooking skills to eat right. For legal reasons, I am unable to share the exact recipe of this dish with you, but everything on this plate can be prepped, cooked, and devoured within 45 minutes.
Meatballs are an excellent protein source because they're super simple to make from scratch, OR you can find a dozen different brands in the freezer aisle that you can cook in the oven. We used Farfalle pasta here, but you can use whatever your favorite noodle shape is.
The one thing you do need to watch is the sauce you use. Many sauces are full of sugars and unnatural preservatives. Make sure you look at the nutrition facts when choosing your sauce.
