Got it done. 3 rounds of it. Not looking forward making up cardio tomorrow. Trying not to push it too hard as last time had flu I was out a week when I worked out while sick. It is important to rest when sick. I am trying to sweat it out sometimes good sometimes bad. Listen to you.
