Join Erin and me for a peaceful morning of Yoga & Energy Work by the water at the beautiful Wells Harbor Gazebo.

Take a deep breath, slow down, and reconnect with yourself as we move through a gentle yoga practice followed by relaxing energy work in the fresh ocean air. 🌿

A quick note about reserving your spot:
This is a drop-in style event, but Venmo payment must be received no later than 12 hours before the session to secure your spot. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.

Because this gathering is based on advance reservations, if we do not receive bookings, the session will be canceled.

To reserve your spot, Venmo and please include August 11, August 18, or Both in the Venmo note so we know which morning(s) you're attending.

Exciting News from Jenny’s Apothecary

Many of you know me through skincare, wellness, and reiki, but one of my greatest passions is creating meaningful experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and nourish their souls.

A few years ago, my dear friend Erin Collins and I created Indigo Sol, a space where individuals can step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse themselves in rest, connection, movement, healing, and self-discovery.

Through yoga, reiki, sound healing, beautiful accommodations, nourishing meals, and thoughtfully planned experiences, we create retreats designed to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, empowered, and deeply cared for.

While many of our retreats are created specifically for women, we also offer experiences that are open to everyone. Whether you're looking to reconnect with yourself, strengthen relationships, make new connections, or simply take a break from the busyness of life, we'd love to welcome you.
