This sweet patient didn’t want the corners of her mouth to turn down, she felt it made her look sad or angry which simply didn’t fit her soft demeanor at all.

I noticed a bit of previous lip filler in her upper lip outside of the boarders of her mouth so I dissolved that, then a combo of foundational and blending chin filler was used along with addressing the lost volume in her lip itself was used to soften this are and create a more even light against her jawline.

This patient came in wanting more support through her under-eye area and to address the beginning signs of jowling and sometimes the best approach is treating the areas providing the support, rather than filling the concern directly. ✨

Strategic filler was placed in the mid-cheek, chin + along the early jowl area to improve overall facial balance and structure.

• Mid-cheek: restores support through the midface and can improve the transition into the under-eye area
• Chin: adds subtle projection and helps create better balance through the lower face
• Early jowls: carefully placed filler can help smooth the transition along the jawline and soften early signs of jowling
