We now know that breast cancer awareness is not only beneficial but extremely important. Early detection has saved countless lives. This happens most often through screenings.

Here a few tips for early detection:

- Perform routine self-examinations
- Know your family history
- Attend your routine wellness exams
with your doctor
- Know when to have your
mammogram
