Through breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and journaling, we’ll create space for release, reflection, and grounding in community.

Difficult conversations can quickly activate our nervous system, making it harder to respond from a place of connection.

The next time you notice tension, defensiveness, or anxiety arise, try this simple grounding practice:
💚 Place one hand on your heart.
💚 Take a slow inhale through your nose.
💚 Exhale longer than you inhale.
💚 Repeat silently:
"Just like me, this person wants to be loved."
"Just like me, this person wants to belong."

Take three slow breaths before responding.

Sometimes a small pause can help us move from reactivity to compassion.
