This Spring, we opened the Year of the Yang Fire Horse with our 2026 cohort of The Somatic Womb Path, and what a lovely beginning it’s been. ❤️‍🔥🐎

From finding our ground together in our Foundations Immersion, to returning to our innate nature through the Nourishing Life Tradition, building a bridge to the body through Somatic Womb Work, and gathering in visioning and reflection during our Spring Office Hours… this season has already been so full of heart, depth, and beauty.

A remembering that even in urgency, we can slow down.
A returning to the body as a doorway.
A rooting into rhythms that sustain life.

Here’s what we know to be true:
The chaos is not accidental. It is designed. It wants you frantic, depleted, scrolling past your own knowing. It wants you too tired to feel, too numb to listen, too overwhelmed to gather.

Because you know what’s powerful?

Your embodiment. Your groundedness. Your inconvenient, wild, fully alive humanity.

Who benefits from you being dissociated, scattered? Who benefits from you believing you have to do it alone, that your cycles are a burden, that your womb is just an organ, that the wisdom of your body has nothing to teach you?

In The Somatic Womb Path we embrace the womb as a portal for deep healing and embodiment, weaving together frameworks of East Asian Medicine, Somatics, and the Nervous System.

This work invites us to:
✺ Reclaim connection to our womb space and bodies, understanding and healing the reasons this connection may have been disrupted.
✺ Remember that healing is relational, supported by the elements, plants, animals, ancestors, and community.

The 2026 Cohort of The Somatic Womb Path begins so soon! 🥳

First, we wanted to take a. moment to walk you through the workshops and immersions that make up our program. Each offering is an intentional thread, woven into Somatic Womb Work.

The weekend immersions happen 5 times throughout the year, and they are guided by all 3 of our Womb School teachers: Kris, Marissa and Jeevan. This is where we dive deep into the resonances of each element as they relate to the womb, traversing our cyclical map and applying this framework in tangible practice through what we call podwork, giving you a chance to get a sense of how this work actually lands in your body through practice sessions as both client and practitioner.

In addition to our live workshops and immersions, we also meet once a season for Office Hours where you get the space to follow your curiosity, ask all of your questions. You will also have the option to bring cases that you would like to receive consultation on.

While we’re so proud of all of our offerings, what makes each year truly special and unique is the vibrant community that grows, and this is such a vital aspect of what we are co-creating together.

Here’s what to take, when to take it, for how long, done.
Clean. Simple. Marketable.

But here’s the thing about hormone “balancing”...It assumes every body runs on the same clock.

Yours doesn’t. Mine doesn’t. No body that is cycling, aging, bleeding, birthing, resting, and transforming in real time follows a straight line.

Hormones don’t exist in a vacuum. They are shaped by sleep, stress, history, environment and the quiet stories your body holds without you even knowing it.

Do you wonder why do so many of us feel disconnected from our own bodies?

Not just tired. Not just busy. But genuinely separate, like we’re living above the neck, while everything below has gone quiet.

We’ve been taught to call this “burnout” and treat it with more optimization.

But what if the problem isn’t that we’re doing something wrong?

What if we’ve just been deeply hungry for something we were never meant to live without?

Oxytocin isn’t just a “love hormone.” It is the molecular memory of belonging. It is what your body speaks when it remembers it is part of something larger than itself - a circle, a family, a field of wild grass bending in the same wind. Belonging that is so deeply felt that oxytocin is one of the main hormones for fierce maternal protection. It’s what your body speaks when it finally feels safe enough to soften.
