It is the philosophy of EMBODYMENT to somatically “Awaken into Awareness” – to be inspired, motivated and educated in the interface of body and mind in the celebration of emotion and spirit. To awaken the body

in the pathway of the mind – noticing and observing thoughts, ideas and the imagination through the awareness of paying attention to body sensations. This becomes the transformation of living in one’s body, with limitless potential and endless possibilities – living healthy in every moment.
