Santa Barbara Neighborhood Clinics (SBNC) is a 501(c)(3), non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing high quality, affordable, medical, dental, and behavioral health services to those in need in Santa Barbara County, regardless of one's ability to pay. A critical health safety net for the Santa Barbara community since the 1970's, SBNC consists of four medical clinics, two dental cli
