Day 9/21: Prone “T” Lift helps strengthen the muscles of the upper back that support healthy posture and shoulder stability.
To get the most out of this exercise:
* Keep your neck long and gaze slightly down to avoid tension in the neck.
* Focus on lifting from the upper back muscles rather than swinging the arms.
* Keep the shoulders relaxed away from the ears throughout the movement.
* Move slowly and with control instead of lifting as high as possible.
* Gently engage your core to support the spine and avoid arching through the lower back.
