Aging... Some days we embrace it. Other days we catch ourselves pulling at our skin in the mirror wondering what we’d look like with “just a little lift.”⁠

Lately I’ve been reminding myself that feeling good usually comes back to the basics. 💛

Moving my body. Going for walks. Getting outside. Eating nourishing meals. Sleeping more. Taking a deep breath instead of rushing through the day.

Nothing extreme. Just small things done consistently.

That’s exactly why I created the 10 + 10 Challenge for June.

The best kind of challenge? One that actually feels doable.

Starting June 1st, we’re doing the 10 + 10 Challenge in the Lindywell app:
10 Pilates workouts + 10 walks throughout the month.

Nothing extreme. Just a simple way to stay consistent, move your body, and feel better heading into summer.

The combination of Pilates + walking is so good for your body and nervous system, especially during busy seasons when routines tend to fall apart.
