There’s something I’ve been thinking about lately, and I wanted to share it with you in my latest blog post.

A lot of people who come to me have tried things before. Therapy, retreats, workshops. And many of them say the same thing — it helped in the moment, but something didn’t quite make it home with them.

I wrote about why I think that happens, and what makes online sessions work differently than most people expect.

It’s not about convenience (though that matters too). It’s about something a little more interesting — the fact that your nervous system stores learning in context, and that doing the work in the same space where your patterns actually live changes how deeply it sticks.
