3 months. 22 pounds down. But the goal was never just weight loss. 🤍
Her goal when she started our 3-Month Metabolic Reset was simple: to feel like herself again.
In 3 months:
⚖️ 22 lbs ↓
💧 Body fat: 31.5% → 24.8%
🫧 Visceral fat: 2.3 lbs → 0.8 lbs
💪 Lean mass: 110.1 → 104.9 lbs - fluctuates based on ability to strength train
❤️ Health score: 46 → 80
✨ Shape score: 52 → 73
One number I pay particularly close attention to? Lean mass. She did lose ~5 lbs of lean mass along the way, and that matters. The goal isn’t simply to make the scale go down—it’s to use the data to continually adjust the plan and prioritize muscle preservation, adequate nutrition, and strength training.
Our program is NP-led, with weekly appointments and ShapeScale analysis so we can see what is actually changing—fat, visceral fat, and lean mass—not just body weight. That information helps guide medication dosing, nutrition, exercise goals, and when we may need to change course.
We pair medication when appropriate with:
• Comprehensive labs + ongoing monitoring
• Individualized dosing
• Nutrition + protein goals
• Strength and exercise coaching
• Weekly accountability + motivation
• A plan focused on long-term metabolic health—not just a number on the scale
And weight loss isn’t the only reason we use GLP-1–based strategies. Depending on the individual and clinical indication, our approach may include lower-dose strategies and treatment focused on cardiometabolic risk, insulin resistance/PCOS, and broader metabolic health.
This is what medically guided weight management should look like: data-driven, individualized, and focused on health.
Because sometimes the real goal isn’t a goal weight.
It’s feeling like yourself again. 🤍
Individual results vary. Medication and dosing are individualized based on medical history, labs, response, and clinical appropriateness.
