I had four consultations this week where this came up — so I figured it was time to write it down.

As a DNP & medspa founder, I believe patients deserve clinical honesty — not just marketing.

My latest blog post takes a transparent look at why I shifted away from defaulting to Botox (Allergan/Abbvie). I now use Xeomin by Merz (the naked toxin — no complexing proteins), Jeuveau by Evolus (developed exclusively for cosmetic use), and Letybo by Benev — my current favorite, which I'm observing lasting up to 4 months in first-time neuromodulator clients.

Letybo is Korean pharmaceutical technology that deserves more attention in the US market. I cover the clinical rationale in the post.
