ith single-cell light delivery capabilities. Our system is capable of tracking the eye at 960Hz, with an accuracy of 0.2arcmin. Our vision is to make the TSLO more widely available to researchers/academics while ultimately preparing this product for the clinical domain. The most commonly used current tracking technologies employ the use of video-based eye-tracking methods, many of which have an accuracy of 30 arcminutes, or roughly half a degree, and are very expensive. While sufficient for gaze detection, this level of inaccuracy is unacceptable for minute eye movement tracking, disease progression monitoring, and surgical laser guidance. We propose the use of our novel technology and method for artifact-free eye-tracking in a system that is low cost, robust, and easy to use.
