Frank Breech Baby 🤍

Those long, straight legs can look surprising in photos, but this positioning is actually very characteristic of a frank breech baby. The hips are flexed while the knees remain extended, which is what creates that “legs shooting straight up” appearance. Once baby is born, their legs naturally relax and return to a more typical position over time.

Breech isn’t simply about “baby is upside down.” There are different types of breech presentations.
