Early bird pricing is open for our annual Eternal Echoes event on November 1st.

This is our third year to offer this unique and special cent to honor those that have passed.

This event is an opportunity to create sacred space to honor, remember, acknowledge and grieve those who have passed. There is something uniquely special about taking time to gather with others and allow ourselves to feel what perhaps we have not made space for.

Eternal Echoes takes place at the beautiful and sacred property of Spiritual Shangri La in Agua Dulce. It is an Al fresco space where we connect to the earth, weather, and one another.

This event is for you if you have lost a person or pet and are ready to honor and acknowledge them. It is through our raw emotions and shared experiences that we heal.

Ok I jumped on board to see what kind of warning to give my students as we approach a new semester….

not let the friendly, grounded demeanor fool you. You are entering the classroom of an elite double-threat—a Kinesiology and Dance scholar with nearly two decades of pedagogical dominance. She holds advanced degrees in human movement, which means she doesn’t just watch you move; she reads your skeletal alignment, neuromuscular firing patterns, and subtle postural collapses in real time.
If you try to fake your way through an alignment check, fake a range of motion, or slip bad movement mechanics past her, she will spot it instantly.

You will work harder than you planned, your anatomical precision will be relentlessly tested, and you will not get away with a single shortcut. Last call to join Intro to Choreography this Fall semester at COC. Our class does not have enough students right now and is at risk to be cut due to low enrollment. We haven’t offered this class on the schedule in over 10 years. Not sure when we will offer it again. If you are majoring in dance at COC, this is a required class.

Come join us for this 2-credit class that would meet on Tuesdays 11am-1150am & Thursdays 12-120pm. Please help spread the word that we are looking for students to enroll.

We held our second Root to Rise seasonal event this past weekend.

What a gift it was to collaborate and connect with such lovely souls.

We started by sitting with Cacao and connecting to our heart space. The message that came was love and gratitude.
Then we received acupuncture to assist in moving our energy from the root chakra to the crown and beyond.
During the acupuncture we were led on a sound journey also focused on shifting our energy upward.
The best part is seeing everyone’s face and energy soften and relax.

I am blessed to collaborate with local SCV healers and practitioners.

Out next Root to Rise event will be during the Fall season on October 11th. Mark your calendar and join us to align with the Fall season.

I am hosting two events this upcoming weekend. This is the second event, Sunday July 19th.

I lead a sound bath inside the Energy Enhancement System twice a month. Both modalities work with vibration, everything has a frequency. When our personal frequency is disrupted, we are more apt to become ill, and healing takes longer. When we are living in our signature vibration, this is where the magic happens.

🙌Autonomic Nervous System Regulation: Both modalities act as a powerful brake for a hyper-vigilant sympathetic nervous system (“fight or flight”).
