Kookhwa discussed how to prepare a home for sale, including cleaning up clutter, securing pets and staging furniture to impress potential buyers. She also emphasized that it is currently a seller's market, with very low inventory properties are selling quickly above the asking price.

All Valley LeTip of Santa Clarita will not be meeting October 4th and October 11th while Mimi's Cafe is being remodeled. We will resume our weekly meetings every Thursday Morning at 7am starting October 18th at the new Mimi's Cafe. We hope to see all our current members and new guests there!
