From my first Usui Reiki training back in 2015, I knew I wanted to take it all the way to teaching. My teacher-mentor Mary Sotelo has mentored me through this whole process, I will follow her footsteps and amazing techniques.🌀This level 3B was the biggest heart opening initiation I’ve yet to experience with Reiki. I remember my Reiki Master class, and how I thought it would lift my vibe or make me feel lighter... 🙃 It was the most intense and heart wrenching one!! (for me) Ayeee...😅😛 The 21 days following an initiation are the days in which new energy is integrating into your being. This level 3B was absolutely beautiful and blasted my heart open in ways I can only begin to explain. I’m honored to pass on the Reiki knowledge and continue the lineage. I’m so exited to teach my first round of small and intimate classes, and to create a safe and powerful container for Level 1 initiations. 😍✨🙌🏼✨

The many benefits of Reiki... from connecting to the Chakras, making individual affirmations, to finding clarity with situations, emotional clearing and balancing, more energy, feeling grounded in decisions, to healing old traumas and pain. The deep work. Universal light energy source makes the unconscious come to our consciousness. Allowing more understanding to take place. With understanding there’s potential for compassion, forgiveness, and self awareness...etc. Ultimately more integration can be accessible within the soul by tapping into timelines that created pain, and separation from our selves. Tonight I cohosted an intimate gathering in Los Gatos. We incorporated Yoga, Breath, Kirtan, and a Sound Bath Meditation! Happy to share the love, and fill the room with Reiki vibes. 🌀💗✨ When we share our practice and combine our energy we create a ripple effect out into the collective consciousness, this one’s for healing vibes. I’m currently open to collaborate on events, as well as host intimate gatherings.
