Please welcome to the Fuel PHitness team!!! Carli we are sooo excited for everyone to meet you!

Staring in March Carli will be teaching Ass & Abs in a NEW TIME SLOT, at 8am Monday mornings!!!! This class will be in studio and virtual!

Here’s more about Carli:

After always having a love for fitness, 6 years ago I took my first teacher training in Hot Pilates. Instantly falling in love with the feeling of teaching, the energy, and helping others find their motivation. Later I decided to expand my training and received both my Barre and TRX Certifications.
With the desire to deepen my knowledge of the body I completed my 200 Yoga Hours, followed by my ACSM Personal Training Certificate.
The Group class experiences the energy, sweat, and community, which is a perfect balance to adding the individual and small group personal training. I work between this balance filling my days thankful and lucky to do what I LOVE and LOVE what I do!
Even more thankful that I get to share this passion with my Daughter Madi who is also a certified Instructor!
We have one body to carry us through this life, I am here to help you love it, challenge it, and keep it moving!!!

Here’s more info on Kate.

Kate took her first yoga class in 2004 in Massachusetts and began teacher training with Bikram less than three years later in Hawaii and has been teaching full time ever since! She spent a decade in Aspen Colorado immersed in her daily practice while teaching yoga to X-Games and Olympic athletes, students, and people of all ages and sizes. As a yoga leader in the community, Kate hosted an outdoor yoga television show, "Yoga With a View," founded a mountain top yoga class with Aspen Ski Company and became a Lululemon yoga ambassador.
Now living in Santa Cruz, she has found herself in "the hot room" teaching large groups of all levels. Kate enjoys introducing yoga to beginners and experts alike and shows a great amount of patience and compassion. She has also attended and taught many advanced yoga seminars and trainings and gets a thrill out of motivating and inspiring more seasoned yogis to go further, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
As a certified birth doula, Kate now offers prenatal and postpartum yoga as well as birth education. When Kate isn't planning her next yoga class or retreat, you can find her playing with her young children and husband on the beaches and parks of California.

Say hello to Fuel PHitness February Client of the Month!!! Jennifer you are one of the “ OG’s here at Fuel! You have come sooooo far in your fitness journey!!! Here’s to many more sweaty workouts together!🤗

Jennifer shared- Carina Reid and Fuel Phitness are an inspiration to me in so many ways! I have been taking classes with Carina way back when she was in the hot room. I would get so excited and pumped up when I knew she was teaching. I used to call her Crazy Carina and do what ever it took to make it to one of her classes.
Carina’s passion, sensitivity and humbleness pulled me in. She is such an authentic powerhouse full of positive energy that explodes a room.
When I heard she was opening up her own studio I was first in line to sign up for the full year. Now I’m into my second year and absolutely love all the classes she offers.
Jason kicks my butt and Tara has got me always sore with the slow intense way she teaches Pilates.
I am so blessed to have Fuel Pitness and the incredible community Carina has brought together as my second home, keeping my strength mentally and physically in check!❤️
