Scars can cause serious issues. Physically and emotionally. This client of mine had the misfortune of needing hip surgery not once but twice in the same location due to complications. So this scar has been cut twice. I used the fantastic Dolphin Neurostim tool for the recommended five treatments on the scar. The first image is after the first session and the second after the third and the last after the fifth. The improvement of the clear.
The aim is not to entirely remove any visible scar which is not possible, it is more about changing the quality of the scar tissue to be much more like regular flesh. Even though it's still visible after five treatments it feels completely different to the touch and is soft and supple without the hard adhesions one could feel before the treatments. My client also was very pleased with the outcome. The leg muscles and tissues feel looser and less inhibited and the scar work has been a key part of our overall rehabilitation program.
