Hi neighbors! I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Audi Duarte, and I’m the owner and administrator of The Grapevine Residential Care Facility here in Santa Maria.

I have over 26 years of experience in caregiving and healthcare, and I created The Grapevine after seeing the need in our community for a safe, compassionate, and more personalized home for older adults who need additional support.

Our goal is to care for every resident with dignity, respect, compassion, and individualized attention, while also giving families peace of mind.
