That’s a wrap … driving back from my regular Monday night soundbath and closing this chapter ✨

Thank you to everyone who has been along to my classes these past months … there’s been wonderful flow and a gathering of community. I’ve loved it!

So grateful to the community, the Mindry and the practice of sound itself which is like an anchor for me.

This weekly dose of sound clears the fog, settles whatever needs to settle, and offers a gentle dreamy opening into the week!

I will be back with more sound in August! Until then … ✨🙏🐋

Already getting very excited for our Summer Solstice 2026 UK Women’s Retreat to Stonehenge & Avebury Stones 🗿💫🐝🌀🌳

It’s going to be special 💫 We take pilgrimage to for the yearly celebration, visit stone circle and surrounding sites. We’ll have our usual Mothertree adventures, reflective and creative practices.

There’s many way to join us … come for the 5 day retreat or join for just the weekend! US and UK friends!!

Hello all,

I hope you’re well! Here we are … the last breath of 2025! If you know my work, you know I’m always talking about momentum and movement … and energetic flow

It’s magical to watch these energies in our lives, and as we approach these final December weeks (even though I’m sure we’re all getting quite busy), I find it to be a powerful time for reflection and honoring how we’ve been moving in our lives

Here are my final offerings for 2025:

- Closing the year coaching offer! 3 online sessions to honor the growth and lessons of 2025 … creating space for the new year (sessions can be utilized until 2.28.26)

- Winter Solstice Vision Board Workshop, 12.21.25, 10-12pm . Come Make A Vision Board! A fun, creative celebration on Solstice in community! Drinks and snacks … plenty of chatter, laughs and creativity! These boards become sources of guidance, inspiration and works of art!!

- In-person Women’s Circle - join for meditation, sharing circle and soundbath, 12.12.25, 10-11.30am. My final circle of 2025 … it’s been a joy to host these monthly gatherings at - thank you for opening your doors to us after the fire!

- Monday night soundbath . Join for a weekly dose of sound … no talking, just sound! 🌊🌊 It has been my weekly reset through the year and a place I dearly love 💕

- Mandala Women’s Circle … our deep dive into energetic and holistic practices in community … join for these next modules as we explore energetic mastery and the wisdom of the water element ⛵️💦

- Thursday night Women’s Circle, 8-9pm … 5 years of this sweet, night-time snuggle of a circle! It’s become a place of profound reflections and friendship! Thank you everyone who has been a part of it and all of the newcomers this year! 🌀

- Energy Healing Sessions - in-person or online … a reset and balance for mind, body and all levels of being! 🙌

- And finally, we are busy preparing for our next Mothertree Retreat Summer Solstice 2026, Stonehenge and Avebury, UK. 🌳💫
