One deep breath can interrupt a stress spiral 🤍

When emotions feel overwhelming or your mind won’t slow down, the breath can become an anchor back to the present moment. Slow, conscious breathing helps calm the nervous system and creates space between you and the stress you’re carrying.

Try this:�• Inhale slowly through the nose�• Soften the shoulders and jaw�• Exhale even slower�• Release what you don’t need to hold right now

Small moments of regulation matter. Healing doesn’t always happen all at once, sometimes it begins with a single breath. Taking a moment to pause and breathe consciously might not solve all of our problems, but it helps us get to a place where we can. The mind follows the breath.

The mantra Lumen de Lumine, or Light from Light, is a sound tool used to awaken inner light, expand spiritual vision, and connect the divine within.

It’s known to open the heart and surround those who chant or listen to it with a blanket of illumination.

Simply hearing it can help purify your aura, clear the energy of a space, and bring a greater sense of peace and renewal.
Many people play it during challenging times, before sleep, or as a prayer for loved ones.

Here is a simple meditation practice with Lumen de Lumine:
• Sit in a comfortable position for meditating
• Spine is straight, eyes are closed
• Hands can rest gently on the knees or at the heart center

Naam for Autism is an online class designed to support individuals with autism through accessible breath, movement, and sound practices. It’s a weekly livestream offered by Giving Naam for free or by donation.

Join Eugiene Pisarevsky on Fridays from 5:00-5:30pm PDT. Sessions are open to all ages, and especially beneficial for teens. Family and friends are welcome to join as well.
