Starting the week strong. 💪
Lately, I’ve been focusing on getting stronger.
I’ve been challenging myself to lift heavier weights and prioritize strength training—and I’m already seeing the benefits:
✨ More energy
✨ Better bone health
✨ Improved posture
✨ Increased muscle and metabolism
✨ Greater confidence inside and outside the gym
✨ Strength that supports everyday life
One thing I’ve really loved about training at is the small class format. The trainers are incredibly hands-on, helping with form, making adjustments when needed, and guiding you toward the right weight for your goals. It’s supportive, challenging, and personalized in a way that’s hard to find.
As a former swimmer, I’ve always loved training with a purpose. Right now, that purpose is building strength for the long run.
