There is so much beauty in a woman who has lived.

In the way faces soften and change. In the lines that hold years of laughter, feeling, growth, and experience. Martha has never believed that beauty is something we should chase backward in time.

Instead, we can care for the skin we’re in - nourishing it with beautiful, natural ingredients, honoring what it needs, and allowing it to change alongside us.

One of Martha’s favorite ways to prepare the mind and body for meditation is through alternate nostril breathing - a simple practice that invites the breath to slow, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to become more present.

By moving the breath from one side to the other, we create a gentle rhythm that helps us transition from the business of the day into stillness.
