🤲🎶 Love, respect, and kindness begin at home. “Music Hands” is a joyful practice where children gently tap their parents’ neck, shoulders, and back to music—creating a simple way to express love and connection.

Inspired by Japanese traditions of caring touch, Music Hands encourages children to develop appreciation, empathy, and respect while strengthening family bonds. ❤️

Peaceful families help nurture peaceful, caring children. 🌱✨

Discover the Healing Power of Shiatsu

What if your hands could become a tool for helping others and yourself find relief from pain, stress, and tension?

Our Shiatsu Therapy Training is more than learning techniques—it's an opportunity to study an authentic Japanese healing art that has been preserved through generations.

For 2000 years, this lineage has been passed from teacher to student. Today, Dr. DoAnn Kaneko and Alan Saruwatari continue that tradition through hands-on instruction rooted in classical Anma and Shiatsu principles.

Whether you're a massage therapist, healthcare professional, or simply passionate or curious about natural healing, you'll learn practical skills you can begin applying right away.

In this immersive training, you'll:
• Learn traditional Shiatsu techniques through guided hands-on practice
• Explore Japanese meridian theory and body mechanics
• Develop skills to help relieve tension and support overall well-being
• Learn from instructors with over 90 years of combined clinical and teaching experience

đź“… September 13 & 20, 2026

These illustrations come from Anma Tebiki (1799), one of Japan's most influential manuals on traditional Anma therapy. Master Ryohaku Fujibayashi preserved the true medical foundations of Anma at a time when its therapeutic purpose was being overshadowed by commercial practice.

More than two centuries later, these same hand techniques continue to be passed down through an unbroken lineage—from Master Fujibayashi to Master Sorei Yanagiya, Serizawa Sensei, my parents, and now to me.

These 3 picture show the hand and arm treatment. The right drawing shows how to treat the palms: (Meridians for the Lungs, pericardium, and heart). The middle drawing demonstrates treating the Large Intestine 11 point at the corner of the top elbow joints. The left drawing shows how to snap each finger and its corresponding meridian: Thumbs for the lung, index fingers for Large Intestine, 3rd fingers for the pericardium, the 4th fingers for the triple warmer for metabolic function, and the pinky fingers for both heart and small intestine.

Traditional Anma teaches that the hands, feet, and head are powerful gateways to influencing the body's internal organs and restoring balance throughout the entire body.

It is an honor to preserve these healing arts and share this living tradition with the next generation of practitioners.
