Bay Cities Beauty Store has closed its doors in 2014. Our Santa Monica and Malibu customers shopped Bay Cities for decades.
Our Santa Monica  was opened in 1948. I am my uncle Jerry Wexler and my father who Weisman. My uncle died in the early 50s of a heart attack while calling on a barbershop on fourth Street and Broadway my father-in-law, then took it over and worked very hard to make a go of it. Unfortunately, in 1975 my father passed away, and I took over the company as vice president I later became president. It was a real challenge and pleasure as well to run this company hard work, loyal employees, and wonderful customers kept our stores shining with products. Nothing last forever, and I decided to retire.
