This beautiful image struck me over a year ago. But now, it makes more sense than ever for me. For the last few years I feel like I’ve been slamming myself against a giant wall, trying to move forward, trying to be well again. ​​​​​​​​​Now I feel like the wall just vanished and I’m able to step forward finally. As some of you know, I’m madly in love with dolphins - like really in love with them. 😍 Lol! On this National Dolphin Day I encourage you to do one thing that will help clean up our oceans so these beautiful creatures can thrive. Whether you pick up trash or shift your eating for the day to plant-based or find more ways to recycle, we are completely interconnected with the oceans of the world and the creatures who call it home. Every action we take to help the earth, helps the dolphins and us too!

Sunsets are my favorite time of day. One thing I’ve learned, though, is that the most beautiful sunsets require clouds in the sky for the light to dance off of. I’ve tried for much of my life to get all of the “clouds” out of my sky, thinking my joy would be greater. What I’m learning now is to accept and even appreciate the clouds or the hard parts knowing that they help create beauty in my life I would not have otherwise. ​​​​​​​​
