Hey! This goes for the guys too!
It’s important to be moving your body while in lockdown. If you don’t have time to get a full workout in try taking 5-10 minutes (yes that’s it) to stretch and move your body on a daily basis.
Stretching is important to keep the body in the best shape possible. Working from home can be stressful especially if you don’t live alone. Take some time to yourself to stretch out. This helps prevent the body from staying in the same position for the entire day.
Best part is no one from your work is going to look at you weird! Well unless you decide to stretch during a zoom call!
