We’re coming back to Sant Honorat Monastery for our fourth summer together… and this time, it aligns with a Total Solar Eclipse.

There’s something powerful about being in the right place at the right time—especially when the intention is to slow down, tune in, and listen  more deeply.

Each day will be simple and steady: Kundalini Yoga, meditation, gong baths, food from the land, rest… and space to process whatever comes up.

We’ll also spend two days in silence, which always shifts things in ways that are hard to explain but easy to feel.

Is it reaction, emotion, defense…or clarity?

Before we speak, there are a few real questions to sit with:

💎Be clear. What do I actually want to say?

💎How should it be said so it truly reaches the other?

Tone, timing, and presence shape the message just as much as the words themselves. The same sentence can create connection or distance depending on how it is carried.

How do we want it to land?

Not in a controlling way, but with intention. Are we trying to be understood, to resolve something, to connect, or simply to express?
