Every once in a while the man upstairs throws us little doggies a bone and gives us an extra extraordinary day!!!
Hit the gym this morning for a nice shoulder chest and tricep workout, then off to the fourth street stairs for an hour and a half of pounding, and then on my way home I'm like oh let me stop and check my lottery numbers which I spent $40 on for mega Power and a super lotto. Lol, I won $88 on one of them, $5 on the second one, and $15 on the third... total winnings $108. Then I decided to get three scratchers for $$45. What happened next was extraordinary. I won six dollars on one of them, nothing on the second one but $500 on the third.
I don't know about you guys but I think that's extraordinarily crazy… for a cost of $85 for playing the lottery I won over $560 and the most extraordinary part about that is that I won five games in a row !!!👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

Beautiful day life is great! Church this morning at 7 AM, walk on the beach, then a little bit of class on the computer, then off to Gold's gym for a back and biceps workout, then off to the pool for a little snack and some vitamin D, Then home for a late lunch… And now taking my class till the evening! Squeeze every moment out of of every day can get the most out of your life because we're not here that long!

Well folks after getting hit by car while riding my bicycle which turned out to be a hit-and-run by the way and destroying my complete shoulder… I had to get a complete shoulder replacement and almost one year of rehab so I total of 2 1/half years completely not Boxing.So happy to finally be getting back

I want all of you to kill all of yourself out, and insecurities that plague you and all of the other demons in your mind… They do not serve you!!!
