As it simmers, my prayer is simple: God, clear what no longer belongs, bless this home, protect my family, open the right doors and allow September to be filled with peace, provision, opportunities and abundance. 🙏🏽✨

Every morning before the chaos begins… 🤲🏼✨

I place my Reiki hands on my kids, my husband and even our dog. 🐾🤍 Some mornings I physically do it, other mornings I simply close my eyes, visualize them and send them Reiki wherever they are.

Then I pray over them:
🙏🏼 Our Father
🙏🏼 Ave María
🙏🏼 Gloria

I ask God to protect them, guide them, give them health, peace and surround them with the right energy throughout their day.

Does this mean our days go perfectly? 😂 Absolutely NOT.

We still have attitudes, stress, rushing, disagreements and real-life chaos.

But I’ve noticed that when I begin my mornings with prayer, Reiki, affirmations and intention, the energy in our home changes. We flow a little better. I react differently. And when the chaos comes, I feel more grounded going through it. 🤍

You don’t need a perfect morning routine.

Just take a moment before everyone starts their day, place your hands over them or simply visualize them and pray:

“God, protect them, guide them and let everything meant for their highest good find them today. Amen.” 🙏🏼✨

Prayer + intention + energy before the world gets ahold of us. 🤍
