Hello Community, Last year, Santa Clara Valley Hospice served over 4,300 people in our community by providing medical equipment, caregiving support, and essential supplies.

We are launching our 2026 Giving Back to Our Community Campaign with a goal of raising $25,000 to continue providing these services free of charge.

This season, Santa Clara Valley Hospice is giving back to our community by providing free medical equipment, supplies, and support services to adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.

Each year, they lend nearly 2,000 pieces of medical equipment, distribute over 12,000 incontinence supplies, and serve more than 4,000 community members—all at no cost.
