Tonight’s New Moon is in the sign of Leo and is a potent portal of transformation because it’s a fire sign . Fire Burns all things away that are no longer needed. Old thoughts, beliefs, relationships….a great time to clean out the closets on all levels!

The light of fire also illuminates our path. Take a little time in the next 48 hours to ponder what your ready to release and also make wishes and set intentions of what you would like to experience and call in for the next month. Call upon your playful inner Cat Woman to pounce on what your Heart Desires for the next month!

Leo rules:
Love and romance
Creativity
Generosity
Celebration and play/fun
Dignity
Determination
Tempering arrogance

May your day flow at the pace of Peace.

One of my favorite morning prayers that sets the tone for my day!

Tip- from time to time, during your day, check in to see how your energy is flowing.

If you've strayed from your center, simply take a moment with hand on heart and belly, ground into the earth and repeat this mantra, "Body, breath and mind, same place, same time".

It only takes a few moments to do this to return to your inner palace of Peace....you deserve it and the entire world fells the gift of your energy.

Stay tuned for more tips from my upcoming "Art of relaxation and self care " book.

Blessings - Eoanna
