Resilience Yoga for First Responders

In this beginner friendly 4 week session, you will learn to harness the power of breath, poses, and regulation techniques to boost mental and physical resilience. Open to all first responders. Come for one class or stay for all four to train your physical body and nervous system and build community with others in public safety.
