The first space, the first day, full of nervousness and possibility.

Saturday, 10/11/14. I opened the doors and wasn't prepared for what the beginning would lead to; thousands of yoga classes, hundreds of workshops, 10 teacher training, friendships, marriages, loss, grief, transformation and so much more! I am so proud of all the transitions we've made, and that we are still here.

Thank you for 12 amazing and fulfilling years!

Are you willing to fall in love with your life as it is and as it isn't?

This is your reminder that today is all you got.

Recognize and appreciate the small things, acknowledge the big things, feel all that you can and do your best.

Also . . . do some yoga! You can take a few deep breaths, move and breathe together, got on a mat and do a practice or even meditate. Even 3 minutes counts.
