Not all Regional Center services work the same way. While most Regional Center services require you to choose from vendored providers, social recreational services offer a little more flexibility. As long as the activity meets the Regional Center's criteria, you may have more options to choose from within your community. Knowing the difference can help you find the best fit for your loved one.
