Our team is comprised of the top fitness Coaches in Sonoma County. We provide guidance and accountability for our community to live a longer, healthy and happier life. Our trainers are involved at the food banks, at community festivals, and at charity events that fit our core values and mission to positively impact as many lives as possible through health and fitness. s been in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a nationally certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer presenting multiple formats and training clients internationally. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise, the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as Pilates, Zumba, and Les Mills. From being a member of a competitive dance team in Asia to a PiYo presenter, she brings her clients an extensive background in kickboxing, dance, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, youth coaching, youth Personal Training, nutrition, anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy.
