Financial

Monitor & ensure each department's monthly & yearly sales, gross profit, expense, and net profit goals are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role. Minimum 4 years
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Economics or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in the Lighting and Home Decor industry is required.
Strong references and referrals supporting previous experience and achievements.

HIRING IN LEE COUNTY - FT MYERS AREA

Maintenance Technician $65-75k

KEY Attributes:
Trustworthiness, reliability, and flexibility. Weekends and nights during peak business arise when many equipment/HVAC/Refrigeration issues arise and they must be on call to come in and fix emergencies. They will also often be working in stores alone or with young female employees, so they MUST have a clean record and be very respectful and trustworthy. Must be able to pass background/criminal and have US work authorization.
Qualifications

HVAC Refrigeration License Required
Refrigeration Able to troubleshoot, fix, clean, and maintain the following equipment;

Structure:
Will report directly to Ariel, and communicate with store managers and equipment vendors regularly.
Schedule: This will vary based on store needs. Will oversee 9 area locations (most within proximity). Must be available if issues come up on nights and weekends (HVAC/Refrigeration most common).

Requirements:
Must have own vehicle and tools. Bilingual ( KEY TO BE SUCCESSFUL).
Live in the area (Lee and Collier counties). Current Driver's License.

Benefits:
Employees get one week of vacation in the first year and two weeks thereafter. The company is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
