Let’s Talk About STRESS 👇🏼

Stress isn’t just an impact on your mental state- it affects your hormones, digestion, sleep, immune system, energy, recovery, and even your ability to lose weight.

These are 3 of my favorite holistic medicine cabinet staples for supporting a healthy stress response:

🌿 Ashwagandha
An adaptogenic herb that helps your body become more resilient to stress. Ashwagandha has been shown to support healthy cortisol levels, improve stress tolerance, support mood, and may even help with sleep quality and energy balance.

🧠 L-Theanine
Found naturally in green tea, L-theanine promotes a calm, focused state without making you sleepy. It’s one of my go-to supplements for feeling less anxious, less overwhelmed, and more mentally clear during stressful days.

🌼 California Poppy
One of my favorite herbs for calming a busy mind and helping the nervous system relax. California Poppy can support feelings of calm, ease tension, and promote more restful sleep when stress has you feeling tired but wired.

If your Doctor isn’t spending a healthy amount of their time with you TEACHING you.. they are missing out on a huge aspect of their role in your life.

Our goal is to teach you how to be your own doctor so you can make educated health decisions throughout your life.

You should not have to be reliant on anything or anyone when it comes to your health!!

🥘 Some weeks the meal prep gets done.
Some weeks it doesn’t.
