One of my favorite daily stretches. Highly recommend if you sit a lot or after a long flight.🧘🏻‍♀️
Benefits:
➡️Relieves back pain by stretching the muscles and tendons around the spine.
➡️Reduces muscle tension: Alleviates tension in the hips, glutes, and hip flexors
➡️Reduces stress
➡️Stimulates digestion

Sometimes you want—or need—a different stretch than you usually practice. These variations of Pigeon Pose in yoga are exactly that.
