I didn’t realize how much time I was spending in fight or flight until I finally felt what calm felt like.

Should you start with a detox or acemannan?!

Detoxing is best for every child. It’s just a matter of WHEN.

Acemannan is best for every child, but sometimes detox is helpful first.

If we have a brain and nervous system on fire, we support the gut first and gentle detox baths until we are stable for detox!

Detox bath: 1/2 cup of each
Aztec secret bentonite clay
Aluminum free baking soda
Unscented Epsom salt
Soak for 20 minutes

As parents, sometimes we just need someone on our team to help us sort through what’s happening. Testing is always such an amazing idea, especially the OATS test and I’m not against Holistic minded doctors however, I firmly believe in a mother’s ability to heal their child at home.
